Silver and White Winter Wedding

It’s real wedding Wednesday  so we are starting off the mid-week by sharing this dreamy silver and white winter wedding recently featured in Utah’s Bride and Groom Magazine!

The wintery day started at the Bountiful Temple,  before friends and family gathered at the Sharon Room of Salt Lake, Utah’s iconic Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Opting out of a traditional wedding reception, the couple hosted an intimate dinner for family and close friends who came from as far as Hawaii and South Korea to attend. “We were able to spend a lot of time with them,” Heidi says. “It was so much fun having our family and closest friends there to celebrate.”

In hues of silver, pink, blue and cream, lush florals and luxe fabrics shimmered during the evening affair. Wildflower Linen provided our shantung silver under linen with Carolyn Lace in grey as the overlays for the tables.  We also created a custom tulle with rhinestones escort card table and a cabaret beaded cap for the cake table.  Candles perched on the 9th floor windowsills lured guests to take in the views of Temple Square’s twinkling lights below. Silk draperies hung from every wall adding to the warm holiday feel. Hawaiian touches included fresh leis for Heidi and Evan, a hula dance performed by nieces and nephews and Hawaiian chocolate favors.
