Chiffon , a soft and sheer material with a subtle shimmer and simple weave, flows gracefully as a chair accent.  This chair cap sash covers the top of the chivari chair and then ties in the back of the chair to create soft layers of chiffon that flows to the floor.  Add a curly willow clip for a more elaborate look.
